CASID offers memberships to any individuals working in or studying international development across the world. When you join CASID, your registration fees go toward many offerings such as the CASID annual conference, regional events, website, listserv, and toward the publication of the Canadian Journal of Development Studies (CJDS). Founded in 1980, the CJDS remains the only Canadian scholarly journal devoted exclusively to the study of international development. Membership fees are also used to support students’ participation in CASID through travel bursaries and annual paper prizes awarded at our conference.
As a CASID member you will have access to all these offerings and more. We hope you will consider joining us in working to make international development studies in Canada a vibrant and exciting discipline!
